If payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled due to such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Stitchfolio does not directly store complete payment card details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Stitchfolio may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and serviceable locations.
To reduce fraudulent or unconfirmed COD orders, a ₹100 COD confirmation payment is required before a COD order can be confirmed and processed for dispatch.
The process is as follows:
1. You select Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
2. You are required to pay ₹100 online as a COD order confirmation amount.
3. After the ₹100 confirmation payment is successfully received and the order is verified, the order may be confirmed and processed for dispatch.
4. The remaining order amount will be payable by you to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
The ₹100 COD confirmation amount is part of the total order value and is not an additional charge unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
For example, if your order total is ₹1,499, you will pay ₹100 online for confirmation, and the remaining ₹1,399 will be payable at the time of delivery.
If the required ₹100 confirmation payment is not completed within the specified time, Stitchfolio may treat the COD order as unconfirmed and may cancel it.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Stitchfolio aims to deliver products across India, subject to courier availability and serviceability.

Processing and Dispatch
